What we collect, and why
Last updated: August 2026
This document is drafted as a working baseline. Once the live list of services is fixed — analytics, SMTP, CRM or any third party — it should be reviewed by a lawyer. QUANTASOFT LTD is a UK company serving clients in Israel, so both jurisdictions may apply.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by QUANTASOFT LTD ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15825824. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this site.
Privacy enquiries: azriel@payquanta.net
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Discovery call form: name, organisation, email address, business area, and a free-text description of what you are trying to solve.
- Document download form: email address and organisation name.
There is no legal obligation to provide this. You provide it voluntarily, and it is a condition of receiving the service you asked for — a reply, or the document.
Information collected automatically
- IP address — used to rate-limit form submissions and prevent abuse. It is stored hashed, for a limited period, and is not linked to an identity.
- Basic usage data generated by the hosting server.
3. How we use it
- Responding to your enquiry and holding a discovery call.
- Sending the document you requested.
- Securing the site and preventing abuse.
We do not use your data for marketing you did not ask for, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Retention
Form content is not stored in the site database. Enquiries reach us by email and are kept in the corporate mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and manage the business relationship — and no longer than 24 months from last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
5. Service providers
We rely on providers to operate the site. As at the date of this update:
- Hosting — the servers of the provider hosting this site.
- Fonts — Google Fonts. Loading fonts involves a request to Google servers, which may expose your IP address.
- Outbound mail — an SMTP service used to send messages.
These providers are permitted to process data only for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Cookies and measurement
The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. WordPress may set strictly necessary technical cookies, and login cookies for registered users only. A cookie also stores your language preference.
If a measurement service is added in future, this document will be updated to describe collection and consent.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may hold rights under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or the Israeli Privacy Protection Law:
- Access — to know what data we hold about you.
- Rectification — to correct inaccurate or outdated data.
- Erasure — to ask us to delete it.
- Objection and restriction — to ask us to stop a particular use.
- Portability — to receive your data in a usable format.
To exercise any of these, email us at the address above. We will respond within a reasonable period. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — the ICO in the UK, or the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's standard safeguards for such transfers.
9. Security
The site is served over SSL. Forms include request verification, input sanitisation and rate limiting. That said, no online system offers absolute protection — please do not send sensitive information through a web form.
10. Children
This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will update this document when services or legal requirements change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
Email us at azriel@payquanta.net and we will deal with it.
